Coiling and reeling unit ZPN-2/KE

The machine is designed for coiling and reeling cables onto commercial drums. Commercial drums are fixed in clutches and electrically lifted. The drums are driven via a driving plate.

Coiler
Frame drum with a diameter of 1,200 mm and width of 400 mm, core diameter – 600 mm (after removal of the front plate, the diameter reduces to facilitate unloading of coiled bundles).
drive:	from a motor reducer with direct transmission to the drum axle
coiling speed:	infinitely variable from 0 to 80 m/min
The length measuring device installed on transverse guides also serves as reeled cable layer (manual or automatic). Types of measuring devices available: M40/M, M60/M, or M60/E. We can also install an additional electronic programmable counter.
