Rewinder for cable drums PK-01/E

The PK-01 cable drum rewinder solves the problem of cross-winding cables from one drum onto another. With the use of a dismountable drum with a conical core it is also possible to coil a specified cable length and avoid giving the whole drum out to the customer.

The machine is comprised of three stands:

pay-off stand with a disk brake,
central stand with a length measuring device which also properly lays the rewound cable,
take-up stand with a stepless drive.

The drum is driven by means of rubberised rollers pressed against the drum flanges. The rubberised rollers are driven by a motor reducer via a chain drive.

As an option, the pay-off stand may be fitted with a manoeuvring drive.

length measuring device:	M80/M (verified, complete with a mechanical counter plus an additional programmable electronic counter on the panel). Measurement accuracy to the nearest 0.01 m.
Drum lifting by means of hydraulic jacks (as standard), or by means of mechanical jacks.
