Rewinder for cable drums PK-02/E

PK-02/E cable drum winder is used for winding drums of up-to 2800 mm diameter drums or 3000 mm diameter drums (if needed) of the total weight of max 10 t.
The main discrepancy between PK-02/E and PK-01 lies in the autoimmunization of the supportive movements, namely, lifting and lowering the drive and brake shafts.
Lifting and lowering of drums is based on helical, rolling drives, which significantly reduces the operating time and is much more convenient for operators, especially when they are overburdened with work.

The device consists of:
  • unloading stand, with a maneuvering brake or motor (optional)
  • central stand with a measuring device
  • drive stand, (on-winding)
  • control panel 600 x 350 x 1500 mm
The drum drive is moved by the use of rubber shafts, fastened to the running tracks of the drum.
The measuring device has got the possibility of programming the needed cable length to be winded.
The brake at the unloading stand might be controlled manually, electrically or pneumatically.
The winder requires at least 24 m2 (3 x 8m) of usable area and must be anchored to the ground.
